Limited Warranty
ERA Office Chairs (ERA) warrants its office chairs frame and pneumatic lift to be free from material defects and workmanship, to the original purchaser acquiring the chair, for life. ERA will repair or replace and unaltered office chair frame and/or pneumatic lift, which based upon ERA’s examination, proves to be defective. On all other parts, length of warranty varies.
This warranty does not cover “to and from” delivery charges. The warranty does not apply to items that in ERA’s judgment were subjected to any form of abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, or any damages caused by shipment, storage, accidents, fire, flood, or natural disaster. The warranty does not apply to soiling to or normal wear-and-tear.
ERA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as expenses for transportation, loss, or damage to personal property, loss of your product, inconvenience, or loss of income. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Special Notice for Multi-Shift Usage
Multi-Shift Usage is defined as any type of usage beyond a typical 8-hour work day. This may occur in situations of 24-7 use applications where three, 8-hour shifts apply. This may occur in situations where a single user extends usage of the chair for more than 8 hours per day.
For chairs used in multi-shift applications, ERA shall warrant the chair frame and/or pneumatic lift for life. All other parts adhere to separate, designated multi-shift usage terms. All other terms and conditions apply as stated in the warrant for standard use.

Return Policy
Customer has 15 days from day of delivery (day of delivery is day one) to return the chair for appropriate credit or refund, less shipping and processing, as determined by ERA, which may change on a per-order basis, as chairs are made to order. Certain customization or optional equipment or features are subject to less or no credit or refund, as determined by ERA on a per-order basis. Any return, credit, or refund requests after the 15-day original grace period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
By accepting your ERA chair at delivery, you adhere to its warranty, return policy, and terms and conditions.
