Shipping Information

All chairs are shipped from California. Transit times generally vary from 1-6 business days across the US.

Because of its large size, each chair ships on a pallet. The chair is carefully tested, packaged and boxed fully assembled and ready for immediate enjoyment. Simply unload, unwrap, and enjoy.

Important note: It is the full responsibility of the receiver to notify the delivery driver of any damages, or else the receiver may be responsible for the damage, even if it is concealed.

Residential Fees
Shipping to residences can incur extra fees. Since each chair is shipped on a pallet via freight carrier, they are generally done by "back of truck" delivery and require shipping docks and forklifts. Delivery trucks usually need to make special arrangements to deliver to residential locations.

Special Services
Other shipping fees are subject to delivery location. Special delivery services that incur extra fees include, but are not limited to: Residential Delivery, Lift-gate Service, Inside Delivery, Limited Access (military, government, construction sites). Consignee is responsible for all fees.
