No merchandise shall be returned or accepted for credit except upon prior written authorization from ERA Office Chairs. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier selected by ERA, unless otherwise instructed. Returns must be shipped in their original box and packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted under any circumstances. Obsolete or discontinued merchandise is not eligible for return in any instance.
Claims resulting from losses, shortages, or damage in transit must be acknowledged on the delivery papers at receipt. Unless so noted on the delivery papers at receipt, adjustment for losses, shortages or damages will not be honored. Any concealed losses, shortages, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery and concealed damages are not guaranteed to be covered.
As stated in its warranty, ERA Office Chairs does not cover any “to-or-from” delivery charges. The warranty does not apply to items that in ERA’s judgement were subjected to any form of abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, or any damages caused by shipment, storage, accidents, fire, flood, or natural disaster.
The warranty does not apply to soiling to or normal wear-and-tear. Customer is responsible for maintaining the features and functionality of the seat by performing regular maintenance and inspection of all parts. Regular care is a requirement of all ERA items. Failure to do so may cause improper breakdown of parts or upholstery, and will not be covered under the warranty.
Upholstery: Leather is a natural product and therefore natural variation of grain, color, or texture may occur.
Warranty applies to the original party acquiring the item only.

Return Policy
Customer has 14 days from day of delivery (day of delivery is day one) to return the chair for appropriate credit or refund, less shipping and processing, as determined by ERA, which may change on a per-order basis, as chairs are made to order. Any return, credit, or refund requests after the 14-day original grace period will not be accepted under any circumstances. Certain customization or optional equipment or features are subject to less or no credit or refund, as determined by ERA on a per-order basis. In order for a return to be accepted at delivery, chair must be returned in original condition in original packaging. Shipper (customer) is responsible for re-packaging of chair and any damage that occurs in transit must be claimed by shipper (customer) and not consignee. If a return arrives with any physical damage either noted at delivery or concealed, it will be credited to the customer less the damages and it is the responsibility shipper (customer) to claim those damages against the freight company.
By accepting your ERA chair at delivery, you adhere to its warranty, return policy, and terms and conditions.
